I am not wasting my time standing in the ridiculously LONG line at the Post Office to return something I did not ask for. Looking back through my messages with customer service on Facebook, I REPEATED ASKED FOR A REFUND once they received the return. I did not ask for another bear to be sent. I guess that is how long it took for them to receive the old bear. 3 months later, I get the same bear in the same condition.

I received label about a week later and I sent the bear back and asked for a refund since I did not think it would make it back in time for Christmas. Because it had no shipping information or return label, I had to wait for customer service to send me a shipping label via mail. The bear appeared used and dirty and it did not work. When I opened the box, there was no packaging or shipping -information. The box had multiple return labels on it. Just Horrible I received this bear in horrible condition.
